Homeschool CrossFit “PE” Options

    Elementary Age

    Elementary age CrossFit Kids PE class provides kids an opportunity to move, build coordination, strength, agility, flexibility, and problem solving skills as well as improve mental wellness associated with physical movement.

    This class is ideal for kids ages 5-10

    *Developmental needs, abilities, and maturity may factor into what group is best for your child.

    Middle School/High School

    Middle School/High School CrossFit PE class is designed to help continue to build coordination, agility, flexibility, strength, mental wellness, and endurance. This group will be designed to meet the needs and fitness levels of those in the class and to continue to help them grow and be challenged.

    Best fit for those in Middle school/High School Age

    Parent/Kid Class

    This class is designed to create a workout space and class that meets the needs of both parents/kids- adapted and scaled to both fitness levels while allowing both to work out at the same time.

    Families that workout together can bond together and grow together; connection is important.
